Utah State Constitution – Article XVII

All existing rights to the use of any of the waters in this State for any useful or beneficial purpose, are hereby recognized and confirmed.” Utah’s public officials took an oath to uphold the Utah Constitution, yet they overturned a 1982 5-0 Supreme Court, and a 2008 5-0 Supreme Court decision? Tell them to stop privatizing taxpayer-funded public resources.

Contact your Utah legislators and the Governor.

How is Utah going to be “The Right Place” for Outdoor Recreation when there are no public rivers left to recreate in?

Contact the Governor. Tell him that you SUPPORT HB37.

How Utah affords their stream access fight

USAC can't rely on large corporate grants - they are a 501(c)4, not 501(c)3 - so donations to USAC are not tax deductible. USAC generates funds based on their members, and based on individuals, bit by bit. The USAC is a 100% volunteer grassroots organization (READ: every dollar goes towards the fight). Their attorneys are working pro bono.

If you can't make the Rally on February 11, send them a few bucks (what does a dozen flies cost? You can afford it).

DONATE HERE - We just went in for a hundred.
