All existing rights to the use of any of the waters in this State for any useful or beneficial purpose, are hereby recognized and confirmed.” Utah’s public officials took an oath to uphold the Utah Constitution, yet they overturned a 1982 5-0 Supreme Court, and a 2008 5-0 Supreme Court decision? Tell them to stop privatizing taxpayer-funded public resources.
