Buffalo Jerky: More than a Wild Idea

The free-roaming, humanely raised American buffalo help keep the Great Plains ecosystem healthy. Patagonia has launched a partnership with Dan and Jill O'Brien of Wild Idea Buffalo to bring Buffalo Jerky to the Patagonia Provisions pantry and support grassland restoration efforts.

Patagonia Founder Yvon Chouinard Fights the Food Industry

Yvon Chouinard reinvented the ice ax, developed the first wetsuits to include sustainable merino wool, and built the Patagonia clothing company from a few pairs of canvas shorts in 1973 to the $600 million business it is today. Now Chouinard has another ambition: He wants to sell you a piece of fish.

Enjoy as is, or for a hot meal, heat the sealed package in hot water for 7 minutes. Open, drain and serve over your favorite rice, grain or greens.
