Asian Carp Czar calls for more plankton, imperial conquest

Speaking through a fish translator, the total ruler of Western Hemisphere Asian Carp and descendant of fish deities said the extra foodstuffs will go to support his 'glorious plan for imperial expansion' into the fertile waters of Lake Michigan.
