Court Ruling Further Delays Christo’s Arkansas River Project

A ruling by US District Judge John Kane will keep Christo's Over the River project tied up in legal limbo for the forseeable future.

What a moronic thing to do. Drape a blanket in the dead of summer over a wild trout stream?

Doesn't give me much hope for the human race.
