Soul of the Sport
How sweet it is.
Welcome to Patagonia's first digital fly fishing catalog - a new web based version that delivers more in depth product information and more soul of the sport.
More details on the new digital Patagonia Fly Fishing e-catalog from The Cleanest Line.
The amount of resources it takes to produce paper catalogs has always made us squirm. And while folks have long been aware of the impact catalog production has on trees, it's only recently that attention's been turned to additional impacts in the form of energy consumption, greenhouse gases, solid wastes produced, and water consumed. Together, our only-online Surf and Fly Fishing catalogs have prevented close to 3 million gallons of waste water from entering our waterways. It's no accident that our first online-only catalogs are made for the folks whose passions are deeply connected to the water. We hope you'll help us in our efforts to set a new example by passing this catalog along to your friends, either via e-mail or your social media platform of choice.

More soul of the sport? Digitally?
That's THE sweetest underwater trout shot I've ever seen. Wowzers.
Patagonia does it again! Great site with lots of pics and vids. Ventura represent.
Awesome, awesome, awesome.
Very legit.
Patagonia rocks and are certainly leaders of industry, but good lord, their prices are crazy. I love that stormfront backpack, but seriously - like $400 for a waterproof backpack?! C'mon.
Stormfront backpack is actually $275, the full submersible zip is about $125 of the cost, super spendy. Small price to pay to keep your 3K of camera gear dry I suppose.
More soul of the sport.... you bet.

Hey I dig the fact that they stopped making catalogs in the digital age and all but the soul of the sport means something different to me. Especially when I consider the price tags on their gear. Nonetheless its great stuff.
the stormfront does sound a little pricey and it really doesn't have many features. i would still like one but not for $349 or $275. Lowepro makes some great waterproof bags for camera gear that are a little cheaper but offer padded compartments too. I would go that route instead of a bag that just lets my 5000 dollars worth of gear bang around. The one problem with any of these waterproof bags are the zippers are a bit of a pain in the ass. I guess that a small price to pay for piece of mind.
Good for the trees and all they enrich, but isn't claiming your own Soul kind of like looking straight at a ghost?
Nice. Much better than the renegade version from '09. Glad to see so many positive reviews for the gear. Keep the faith.
Im sorry thier stuff is quality but im positive that I will never buy a $450 dollar wading jacket. this sh$t is a tease, that my paycheck right there
I hope they are donating their rediculous profit to projects like pebblemine and other watershed rescues.
after some careful research on their website i found that they do donate!!!! way to go Patagonia!
