Shively throws Northern Dynasty Under the Bus

When asked recently about the Pebble Mine Wardrop Report submitted by Northern Dynasty to the SEC, and now at the center of a possible investigation, Pebble Partnership CEO John Shively had this to say.

I actually asked (Northern Dynasty) not to issue that report because I thought it was premature.

House Republicans threaten subpoena over EPA Alaska (Pebble) mine study

Republicans on the House Oversight Committee have sent a follow-up letter to the Environmental Protection Agency, demanding they provide more documents regarding the agency’s review of a potential mine in Alaska or face a subpoena to appear before the committee.
