GE subsidiary gives up megaload battle

Score one for the good guys.

A subsidiary of General Electric has backed off from its legal challenge to a federal injunction which is keeping it form hauling mega-loads across U.S. Highway 12 through thr Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest.

Hopefully this puts an end to mega corporations trying to turm Highway 12 into an industrial corridor.
