Well Take Me Back Down Where Cool Water Flow, Yeh
Sunday, January 22, 2012 at 12:00AM If you thought the proposed pipeline to divert billions of gallons of water from Wyoming and Utah to Colorado’s Front Range was the only threat facing the Green River, think again.
Utah’s chief water rights official has just approved an application to divert 53,600 acre-feet of water from the Green River to cool a proposed nuclear power plant.

Turns out somebody dumped a bunch of Fluorescein, a non-toxic chemical usually used to trace leaks from septic tanks and water systems, into the river and a nearby fountain.
