Steampunk Fish Scultures

Edouard Martinet transforms everyday objects found in flea-markets and car boot sales into works of art. Working with a variety of refuse materials such as rusted kitchen pans, typewriter keys, car lights and other scrap metals, Edouard Martinet sculpts several types of animals and insects. His sculptures are made without the use of solder.

Fish Heads, Fish Heads, Roly Poly Fish Heads 

Anne-Catherine Becker-Echivard is a contemporary artist who uses real fish to create everyday scenes which she then photographs. She creates her fish works using negative-film cameras, photographs the scene only once and each work can take up to three months to produce.

N.Y.C. Subway Fish Mosaic

On the Brooklyn-bound platform of the Essex St. station in New York there are two large wall murals in glass mosaic. "Shad Crossing" it is the work of artist Ming Fay and details two giant shad fish "swimming", along with another wall mosaic of blue waters.
