Orvis to Open Its Annual Guide Rendezvous to the Public





An Evening with David Montgomery is a fundraiser in support of Save Our Wild Salmom's work to protect and restore wild salmon and steelhead, and the rivers and watersheds upon which they depend.
When: Thursday, February 27 - 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Where: The Burke Museum on the UW Campus in Seattle.
Suggested donation: $25 per person

This event coincides with the Burke Museum's exhibit Elwha: A River Reborn, based on the book by Seattle Times reporter Lynda Mapes and photographer Steve Ringman. The exhibit will be available for viewing during the event.
Join the WSC on July 31st at 6:00 pm at the University of Washington Graham Visitor Center for their annual Membership Meeting and BBQ. Seattle City Light Biologist Dave Pflug will be giving a presentation regarding the key findings from a study that researched the effects of hatchery steelhead production on wild steelhead populations within the Skagit River Basin.

Proceeds from the tournament benefited the Jon Ain Memorial Fund for the Bonefish Tarpon Trust as well as the school children of Punta Allen.
