We're Friends with Cuba Again

Depite the lateast thaw in diplomatic relations, travel to Cuba from the U.S. for "tourist activities" will still be prohibited.

You will however be allowed to bring back some cigars after your next bonefish/tarpon "research" trip to the island nation.
