Simple Fly Fishing: Techniques for Tenkara and Rod & Reel by Yvon Chouinard, Craig Mathews and Mauro Mazzo captured the Mountain Guidebook Award at the 2014 Banff Mountain Festival Book Competition.

Is that Yvon Chouinard on the left? I heard a story of him hooking into a Steelhead with a Tenkara rod and having to throw his rod into the water and chase it down when the Steelhead slowed. Kind of "The River Why" in action. I don't know how true it is, but a guy like that... I wouldn't doubt it.
