The video says it all. We are all listening brother. We have the same problems up here in Minnesota with stockings on private lakes by our wonderful DNR. My tax dollars and fishing license dollars go to stock private lakes that I cannot fish. Cheers. John

This is sad. I love MT and the water rights that we have...but I am terrified that we will slowly see things being taken away piece by piece until the things we cherish are destroyed, or become a shadow of what once was. No man should ever "own" the riverbed. Fuck private waters.
