$13-billion refinery proposed for Kitimat

The proposed Enbridge pipeline has spawned a proposed refinery for Kitimat.
A Victoria businessman is heading up a proposal to build a $13-billion oil refinery in Kitimat. David Black, chairman and owner of Black Press, announced Friday he wants to build a world scale oil refinery at Kitimat, B.C.

Crude oil is on the bottom of the Kalamazoo...not Bitumen. Hate to say it, but Bitumen would have been better.
This guy is a fuckstick. Enbridge doesn't want to give him their bitumen. They want to get it to the chinks as fast as possible. Fuck enbridge and especially fuck this guy. Kitimat shouldn't even exist. It only does because of the worst dam project in north american history. Fucking shithole town has churned out more delinquent redneck white trash fuckups than any other city in the history of canada. Burn it to the ground.
