Surf & Inshore Fly Fishing 2011

We've really enjoyed Peter Laurelli's 2011 Surf and Inshore Fishing video shorts over the past few months but those prior pieces were just an appetizer to the full meal deal.

This is the full 35 minute version of Peter's 2011 season and it is stellar. The film is not only a visual celebration of nature, the soul of the sport and the East Coast salt water fly vibe, but it also features some of the finest blitzing fish footage I have ever seen.

Set aside 35 minutes so you can watch it from beginning to end, you will not be disappointed.

Man. I remember when I was learning how to fish in this region about 30 years ago. There were NO STRIPERS. I only ever caught Blues and Mackerel! Now... Acres of blitzing striped bass. I know this is not new news but it still remains a testament to our conservation efforts. This footage is absolutely dope! It is a GREAT primer for the season! I'm ready to check all the lines and get out there! YAAAAHHHH!!!

first, this is a deadly video. Stripers is something i have never got to fish for but after watching this i can almost taste, smell the salt air and fell the stripers in my hand. i have always loved peters videos and i am so impressed by his progression. second @ baddass i did not know it was a contest to see who can make the best video. i think everyone has there on style and i am happy to see fresh ideas and amateur film makers taking chances (sometimes they work sometimes they do not). I was talking to a young film maker who sent me a video last night password protected to preview. he said he did not want to release it to everyone to many haters. If you and others want to stop videos being released for everyone to enjoy keep it up you may succeed. If your goal was to BAIT me out you got me know be a man and call me and tell me how i can make my videos better. (403 698 4543) somehow i do not think it will be long distance. this phone number is open to all haters. DArcy Toner
