Smallest Fish Ever Caught On Rod and Reel

According to World Records Academy Andy Pelphrey caught a Blacknose Dace measuring 2.4 in. long. and o.9 in. round, weighing in at o.oo8 lbs. (3.5 grams).
When asked about how it felt to have caught the smallest fish ever recorded Pelphrey said: "if it was good enough for God to make then it's good enough for me to catch if it's sent my way.

If I knew they were recording smallest fish ever I would've recorded some of my monsters. I once caught a brown that was so small I couldn't tell it was attached to my line while backcasting. Turned out to be less than an inch and hanging on for life.
I have caught baby bass way less than an inch long
Lets all brag about who's was smaller....how ironic
