I am a former miner. I took the job when i was young & didn't know what i know now. This is Dumb & Stupid. When i saw the distruction first hand i had no choice but to quit. Most mining companies have no care for the well being of those who work for them. My former mining site is a toxic Dump. It couldn't be used for anything. I'm telling you now Bristol Bay. These people will tell you & promise you everything you want to hear. But at the end of the day when all the mining is done. And the company leaves town back to Canada. Leaving the mine a Toxic Dump & all salmon die off & quit returning to Bristol Bay. Your going to come to US goverment to clean the site up. And why should we. Because you were warned what was going to happen. If Alaska aproves either one these mines. We should Boycott Alaska as fishermen with our tourist dollars.
