After years as a pediatrician in Salt Lake City, Dr. Gill Saunders began hand carving trout from aspen logs as a way to combine his love of fly fishing with his need to create.
Gill also offers a number of fish themed furnishings.

The wood for Jack's sculptures is harvested form standing dead trees that would otherwise go unused. The fins are hand cut from recycled tin.

Joe Swaluk has been carving fish for twenty-two years and has created over 450 individually designed fresh and saltwater fish sculptures. Each superb piece is hand-carved with knives and chisels out of basswood and hand-painted with acrylics.
