Restoring Ranch Land for a Profit, and a ‘Trout Dividend’

Sporting Ranch Capital, which has T. Boone Pickens as a partner, purchases distressed ranch land and turns it into trophy sporting ranches. Investors are motivated by the “trout dividend,” the opportunity to fish and hunt on these private parcels before they are sold to other gazzilionaires.

Wait, wait, wait…this is on the PROVO river? You mean the same river that has the Victory Ranch Club? Is that the same Matt Eastman? Why do these names seem so familiar?
