What's with the fence? Were they fishing in a hatchery pool?

Yes! Love it... Although it would have fit better on "Funk Friday's" - T&R

Ahh yes the Dream Stream everyones favorite tailwater hatchery pool complete with high trout fences. Best bass fishin' ever hands down no questions asked. Them high fences ensure that your nightcrawler to powerbait tandem nymph rig stay in the hatchery pool and every drift results in tight lines. Ahh man the tarpon spawn in the fall combined with the spring musky run is unbeatable....but shhhh don't tell to many people the place is kinda a secret still.

Fence is to keep the livestock away from the river. The cattle/donkeys/antelope have eroded it so bad before that it basically ruined stretches of their holding spots.

so how do you know how many inches they were if they got away? it's funny how it seems every fish over ten inches is always either 18", 20" or 22" when people do their random estimations.....
