I am a fisherman (boooo....hissssss) that longlines in the most restricted fishery in the world: the northeast groundfishery. I run a small boat (didn't look like any in the video?) that supports three families and many other people in the local economy. By promoting this panic driven foolishness you help to paint everyone in the industry with one broad stroke while doing nothing for the oceans except perhaps helping Oceana get more donations to pay "scientists" like Borris and Worm to tell everyone that the fish will be gone in 50 yrs. Information that has basically been laughed at by every scientist that was not paid to put their name on it. It's ignorant and lazy on your part. I can only hope to meet you on the river someday so's I can thoroughly outfish you and then make fun of your casting. Don't worry, I'll buy you a beer afterwards and explain to you how promoting intelligent seafood choices will do more for the oceans than oceana ever will. Pretty sure Ted Danson is their lead scientist.
