Holy shizballs!
Unless Jake is a very very small man, this is one of the best bows I have ever seen. Fish of a lifetime! (PS, thank you for not ruining the pic by shoving the fish into the camera lens).
Awesome fish. Thats got to be the winner, cmon chummers, forget the steelhead, pike and gay bull trout. Give the prize to something real for a change. This guy might not be part of the "inner circle" of popular chum anglers, but it a bloody good fish. Lets not see a repeat of September's farce....
Looks like the fish was excited too!
wHY ARE BULL TROUT SO GAY?
are you homophobic?
ill vote for this simply because he had to hike to it, instead of flying in or taking a boat.
there are bigger rainbows up in BC.
Bull Trout are gay and everyone knows it.... Considering New Zealand has more Helicopters per capita than anywhere else in the world, he probably just flew right up there and made a cast !!??
Probably not. Its a great fish and deserves to win. I still say September was a farce !!
This fish is AMAZING!
@Ripped is still crying about bull trout?! Give it a rest man! If you knew anything about bull trout you'd know that they don't grow in those proportions unless they're beasts.
A guy that's been hunting bullies since childhood and catches the biggest of his life is surely thinking about what boners on the internet will think of how he's holding his catch of a lifetime.
That thing is shooting its load! Better get him back in the water!
