July SOTM Entry: Ponoi Atlantic

Oh boy.  Barrett Mattison didn't get the vote last year.  Something tells me it'll be different this time around.

please tell me this hasn't been photoshopped - the head looks a bit different in shadow and colouration and stands out from the backgrond very cleanly - it may be just the light, but how about a full sized pic to check???

This is 100% photoshopped. Back half of the fish looks real, but hte front half is all wrong in terms of lighting, resolution, and size.

yep - look too big to be that stiff--wheres the fat rolls? or a bend in the fished stomach from his hand? 50/50 chance it has been Photo Shopped. Great Fish either way

I am not usually one to jump on the photoshop bandwagon... but there is something not quite right about the front half of that fish... I hope we are wrong.

Everytime these piffs see an Atlantic Salmon they cry foul! Boys get over it, Atlantic Salmon are the best fish in the world...everything else is just pratice for when you hook one of these real fish!

photoshoped? maybe/maybe not. How about a new pose that doesn’t do everything it can to dupe people into thinking it’s a bigger fish than it actually is. How about a simple classic pose?

I vote photoshopped. His right hand doesn't look like it is bearing the weight of a fish that serious. I hope not, great fish.
