Yo, put the fish back in the water. Really. Do you need to be all up on the beach with it? I know you think it was probably on a few seconds, but those few seconds out of the water can seriously reduce this beautiful fish's life.

Fished oahu in 2010 - landed a 8+ pound bone...tones of tails.... Love the place!

Thanks for sharing not too much fly fishing going on in Maui, so any shots are good. I'm sure a few seconds out of the water isn't as bad as what the locals would of done to that fish!!! Nice work!!!

Shawn, Nice Bonefish! I'm headed to Maui on 1.18.13 for a week, and plan on taking a fly rod. Could you point me in the right direction as to where I could find some bonefish?
