the IFTD horse was shot and been dead for so long that the bones have been polished white. a significant move (and not just a venue change) is WAY OVERDUE.

If we throw our towels and join Oudoor Retailer, your booth will enjoy visits from those who think fishing hurts. Granola munching, rock hopp'n, knarly toed doo goody's will be give'n you the eyeball.

Agreed. I quit attending 5 years ago. Outdoor retailer will bring "new blood".

Who is Keith Jackson and why should we care what he thinks? Genuine question.

Fly fishing has become too cool for school and the blowhards of AFFTA have perpetuated this brain set and have dug their own graves....I have learned to hate the FF business and it is because of the people. Not the true anglers...but the jack asses in the board rooms of the business. Most of the corporate leaders of this sport fish with guides and do not have a clue of what this sport should be about. Early mornings ...late nights...self discovery and most important.......FUN. If you want to grow this business and help the people who have heart and really do the business some good then go to ICAST on your own. Screw the "SAGE minded" typical FF F&^KHeads. Do your own thing and let the scared little rats fight each other........I personally could care less if every large fishing company falls into the ground!!!!!! They deserve it for acting like they own the sport................I have been to many shows in Denver and I have never been so board in my life!!! Changing the venue will not cure the problem because the same old toolbags will be there..........PATAGONIA rocks.......ORVIS rods are built with heart and sole.........and HATCH reels are without a doubt the most amazing butter to spread on bread.....
There is my $1.50
