We're an equal opportunity offender here at the Chum. Whether it's fishing, politics, environment, religion, etc. - our goal is to tow the line and create debate (from all points of view). Throughout our history, we've done the best we can to encourage freedom of speech (comments), with little moderation. We'll continue to do our best to moderate with a long leash - but keep in mind, we're two dudes, a couple of farting dogs, and a pile of day job work that keeps us focused on paying the light bill.
That said, we've noticed an increased number of inappropriate comments (we've done our best to remove the majority of them on this particular post) on the Chum. We will continue to encourage creative and witty discussion and stay behind the scenes - but let this serve as a warning. The Chum Nation is officially empowered to flog any and all commenters that insist on coming to the party with weak sauce, elementary banter.
Let the floggings commence. Proceed at your own risk.

Too many desper'at'ados of late. Which may explain their propensity for pubescent posts.
For even though they may very well be master baiters, experts even, in their field. One can only speculate that they have had lots of time to practice their craft, alone, with only their ring-less hand to mis-guide them.

I.......sniff, snifff.......posted pictures of my girlfriend with her fish......sniff.....on this web site and ....sniff, sniff....there were mean people who......sniff, honk..... said all kinds of mean and bad things about her. So I'm telling.... my mommy and you're going to be in BIG TROUBLE.
Gee, I never expected to....sniff, sniff... hear anything except things like "good fish there" and other stuff. It never occurred to me that there would be mean people out there.
