that guy looks like dick cheney

That fat arsehole is responsible for more destruction to America's streams, rivers and watersheds than just about any other American. It is unfathomable that the AMFF would want to use him as a spokesperson.

I understand Dick's first choice was to become the spokesperson for the NRA, but he didn't pass their sharpshooting test.

Fuck Cheney and the AMFF.

July 20, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterrm

Again back to the fishing guys. But if you really want to sling mud at the Republican party...go ahead. Your just upset you voted for the asswipe we have now. And Stinkpalm - how do you account for Obama and the current administration's lack of action for the gulf disaster?! Take a look at how the Pres. handled that! Typical liberal horseshit - start a $20 billion dollar fund to spend and tax the shit outta business - oh and by the way - no one in the gulf will see that money! Go smell the compost asshole. Let's hope he doesn't serial number every fish and make us scan them in at the boat landing in order to save the environment - although that will be hard with his lack of action on the impending Asian (Carp) Invasion.

It is unfortunate to see how divided the fishing community seems to be. If we continue to bicker amongst ourselves how are we ever supposed to protect the waters we love. While certain administrations and congressional sessions will have better track records than others in regards to environmental protection and conservation policies all fail at some point and all will trespass on our waters if we don't stand up together to protect them. Our waters are more important than our political parties. Try not to forget that.

I must of took your point wrong. Anyway, have a good weekend and good fishing Really (truly). I'll be fishing a small stream in the Sierra's.

So little weasel "realy" as long as the boys are talking politics you agree with it's all good, then someone swipes back, and bashes yer boy , and you freak- What a tool you are - Carry on "lefty" ...

Why is it that if you call Cheney's terrible environmental stewardship record out people automatically assume you are a liberal? I only mentioned Cheney because he was the subject of the article. His environmental record is a fact, not my opinion.

If anybody should have a beef with the Bush/Cheney administration, it's true conservatives - as the Bush team set new records for government spending (until our current Spender in Chief took office) and raised the debt ceiling on multiple occasions. They also started the whole Wall Street bail-out fiasco with Hank Paulson and his cronies at Goldman Sachs.

I also find it ironic that the same people who rant endlessly about how they want the government out of the free market are now complaining that the government is not doing enough to step in and take over a large corporation's mess.

You can't have it both ways guys. It doesn't make any sense to preach "small government" while decrying a perceived lack of government intervention in corporate affairs.

Anyone who thinks there is a substantive difference between either political party is misled. This country is no longer a democracy. It's a plutocracy.
