Another trend in fly fishing. Beautiful people (men and women) casting and not fishing. Seems the fly fishing general appeal is one of superficial image and not substance. I miss the days of guys like my grandfather that made a fly rod out of the cherry tree on his property and wet waded in spring on Catherine Creek in upstate New York. He didnt give a f***k about what he looked like. In fact, durning the great depression, he was fishing to feed his family. I am sure that this little fly fishing philly is a nice girl, but I wouldnt shed a tear if she fell off the board either...
