Dunno about the Soquee, but Noontootla is a 1st class operation, and their fish are legit, some wild and not pellet hogs. North GA has a ton of private creeks that give the good ones a bad name.
Nice fish, congrats. Regardles of where it was caught, private or public, fish like that can be tough.
