Lee with a pretty CO Cuttbow hen. At the very least, she'll win most colorful of the month - no doubt!

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for your support. I posted this fish, because it was absolutely spectacular and a close friend thought I should do so. This fish was not spawning and yet it had red on its pectoral fins, pelvic fins, and anal fins. The interior of its mouth and gill plates were also entirely red along with its belly. Was it the longest or the heaviest I''ve caught, no not even close, but for sure the biggest slab. In my humble view, for a Salmonid to be 26-27" long and weigh 12 lbs in any body of water, no matter what you have used to catch it, it should be celebrated. That is exactly what the folks at the Chum chose to do! It was a slab so embrace it. As for Newt, mt, woolybug please don't tell my wife that I'm not a man, lame, and I fish below a Dam to fish who eat the same thing all the time. It will totally blow my cover. All these 25 years chasing salmonids and other species in freestones, stillwater, brackish water, saltwater, and oh, tailwater; what will she think. Also if you have it in you feel free to send me a picture of what a real man looks like so I can show her.
hmmm. from an outside veiw it looks to me like you are losing this war NEWT. after reading through the comments i can see you havn't responded to any of the topics people have brought up to you. so, i'm going to have to agree with everyone who is hating on your statements.
way to go Lee! nice fish!
For an interesting peek at all this holier than thou penis measuring that's making our sport so fun these days, check out Pale Morning Done by Jeff Hull. The book is entirely populated by dorks like Newt.
