Monday, December 13, 2010 at 12:00AM The TV series formally know as Pirates of the Flats has a new name and host channel but the same cast of characters.... Klyn, Brokaw, Keaton, McGuane, Chouinard, and Adams. Actor Zach Gilford of Friday Night Lights and River Why fame also joined the crew for the series which was filmed at El Pescador in Belize.

They need to mix this series up - chase some new species, discuss other issues, dive on the reef to highlight this or that, etc. I love the message of the show and all, but a bunch of old guys chasing 12 inch bones and rooing the demise of the planet gets pretty old and boring after multiple hours - even for diehard obsessed fly-fishermen.
Well I just watched the video after making my comment. Looks like the producers are on the same page by mixing it up a bit. Good to see.
why would you comment before watching the clip...? and the series is still like nails on chalkboard imo...it makes me cringe watching it.
