Have 3.8 mill laying around?

More than 25 years ago, Jon Kent began work on Painter Creek Lodge on the Alaskan Peninsula in southwestern Alaska.  Since that time, Painter Creek has gained fame as one of the premier flyfishing resorts in the world.  Now, Jon and his wife Patty have made the decision to offer this outstanding property for sale, presenting a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the buyer seeking a unique business or an incredible personal or corporate retreat.

The listing has it's own website with great pictures and detailed descriptions of the setting, fishing, facilities and business.

Stretch Armstrong was going to buy it, but he didn't like the photos, they were not good enough for him, because he has a better place, and catches better fish, and takes better photos.
