I heard he died of Lou Gehrig's disease. Bummer.
The Babe and Lou. I'd love to have that framed and on my wall.
I recall an article in Field and Stream (I think) written by the boy in the picture. If I remember correctly his dad ran the charter fishing service that catered to Babe and Lou that day.
I read the headline and was totally ready to see some babes fishing!!!Guess I'll have to wait till Friday...
