Ryan Reichle: R.I.P.

During our recent trip to Dillon, we had the pleasure of sharing a bite to eat, a few drinks, and some good banter with Ryan.  As it turns out, that would be Ryan's last visit to Dillon's popular watering hole - The Lion's Den.

Ryan was a well known Southwestern MT guide and contributor to many of our brethren sites.  He made an impact on many he knew.  We were no exception.

More background and an opportunity to contribute to the Reichle family can be found  here on the Drake.

I've been to Dillon many times in recent history without seeing anything but warm inviting weather in late June, I've never seen weather like we had from Friday evening on; rain, wind and grief in the low to mid 50s. I am an antitheist with very few superstitions, but I think that the earth its self weeped for the loss of this friend; Sage, Washington Apples and Cracked Windshield Chronicles forever.

We, at The Tackle Shop, are still in shock and are going to sorely miss you my friend. I truly hope you are now at peace.
