For those who don;t like the Licorice flavor that's part of traditional Absinthe, one can find "dry" absinthe (Popular brand is the red colored Serpis). I like licorice but the dry is an amazing mixer. At the end of the day, I must confess I prefer an espresso over booze to tie flies.
