He's 5 feet from the water. Do people forget that we bury hooks in their faces and then fight them to the point of exhaustion? He has what looks like flotant on his vest so I am assuming he was fly fishing, has anyone ever seen a fish die after being caught on a fly rod and having it's picture taken?
Plus what if he did take it home and ate it? That's still legal in season as far as I know
I'm the guy who is in the picture. Fish spent a very short time out of the water, one picture and it was released, fish swam away very quickly when it was released, no damage done.
