Appeals court upholds feds' salmon hatchery policy 

A federal appeals court Monday upheld the federal government's discretion to use salmon raised in hatcheries to bolster wild runs, but not as a substitute that would lift Endangered Species Act protections.

this is a sad day for wild salmon ,this shouldnt be in the hands of lawyers ,they dont have the intrests of the fish at hand ,only money ! they should all be hung for this ! im so sick of our government not doing what is right ! wild fish are wild ,we make hatchery fish and it has been proven hatchery fish dont reproduce in the wild .This make me sick !
