Snap - Slip - Spey

Technique for fishing a shooting head nearly completely in and "snap-slipping" it out again in a very smooth manner, followed by a sustained anchor sweep/D-loop/forward cast.

That is a pussy cast for a two-hander. You could make that easily with a six weight one handed rod.

Spey rods. Just another way to spend more money for fishing equip. you don't need.

It's called a snap-t and it can be done with almost any rod. Great way to fish skated dries.
