I wonder if they scoop the fish up when they're done?

Crews, working under contract for the US Army Corps of Engineers, are using explosives to remove basalt rock from the bottom of the Columbia River near St. Helens, Oregon.

..as if the Fish don't have it bad enough...but I guess we need more PCC's and Panamax....can ALWAYS use another Toyota....yah, right....
