Remember the clean water ballot initiative that went down to defeat in Alaska?

It's the gift that keeps on giving.
First, the initiative goes down in flames. Second, anti mine forces are found guilty of breaking Alaska campaign finance laws. Third, the settlement in the case has just been rejected. Not a great PR day when the Pebble Partnership lawyer can accuse you of money laundering in a public hearing.
The Alaska Public Offices Commission on Thursday rejected a proposed settlement over alleged violations of state law regarding millions of dollars funneled to groups opposed to the Pebble Mine.
