NOAA Gulfstream G-IV flight aborted due to a fish strike

A Gulfstream from NOAA rumbled down the runway at MacDill Air Force Base until the crew noticed it hit something. At first they thought it was a bird, most likely an osprey, and aborted the flight. But when the base wildlife management officer looked around for a dead bird, she couldn’t find one. But she did find a fish.
