Pentax has just announced a new collection of waterproof point and shoot cameras with the WG-3 being the most fully featured model in the line up. The WG-3 gets a new 4x zoom lens with a maximum aperture of f2.0 at the wide end for better low light performance.
Pentax also offers an optional lens adapter with wide-angle coverage to 20mm, and a SportMount Chest Harness which allows for hands free capture of adventures and features a quick and easy mechanism to review your images and footage without having to remove the camera from its mount.
I have been a dedicated Pentax waterproof camera user since they first entered the category and have never been disappointed with the cameras or the results.

There are also a couple of new offerings for all you Nikon afficianados.
The AW110 and AW110s are the successors to Nikon's first tough, waterproof, and cold-proof COOLPIX AW100 and AW100s. These two new cameras have been improved to support shooting in all types of outdoor situations. In addition to the latest camera features, including a 5x optical zoom NIKKOR lens, a backside illumination CMOS sensor with an effective pixel count of 16.0-million pixels, and built-in Wi-Fi support, these cameras are tough enough to stand up to use in the most severe outdoor situations with waterproofing to a depth of 18 m for use while diving, shock-proofing that allows the cameras to withstand falls from up to approximately 2 m, and cold-proofing to approximately −10°C.
They are also equipped with a variety of functions that support an active outdoor life, including an altimeter, depth gauge, and atmospheric pressure that can be displayed in the camera monitor and recorded with image data, built-in GPS, and a bright and clear 3-inch OLED monitor that is easy to see even outdoors on sunny days.
