After a multi year hiatus, Rollcast Productions has just released a trailer for their new fly fishing film tentatively titled FishArtistizzle.

When asked why the return to fly fishing film making, Rollcast President Steve Apple referred all inquiries to his spokesman Al Braughtinwood who we interviewed briefly while he was being take into custody outside a massage parlor in Burien.

"We're sick and tired of the hipster fly fishing film genre! GoPros are for pussies," yelled Braughtinwood as he was being loaded into the back of a police cruiser.

Apple who we reached for comment later in the day said that it was time to bring something new to the fly fishing film category and that the silent film direction was a proven winner, not to mention a tremendous saving on audio production costs.

Apple would not comment on whether we would see any more films coming from Rollcast in the future, but we did manage to ask Braughtinwood, after he made bail, if there were any other new films in the works.

Yeah, we have one in the works about three fly fishing guides who work evenings as female impersonators. It's working title is Priscilla Queen of the Deschutes, and it should be released around this same time next year.
