July SOTM Entry: St. Croix Muskie

Rich Youngberg spent the other day floating a section of the St. Croix River and casting a nine weight with a  flashy whistler for Musky's.  959 casts later, this beauty came to the boat.  Apparently it wasn't all that happy.
