PETA U.K. has launched a cheeky new anti fishing campaign called, "Do Anglers Have Small Rods?" The campaign features its own dedicated website and handy downloadable penis ruler.

Anglers in Britain are a bit tweaked by one of the campaign billboards that has been put up near a popular fishing spot that was the site of a recent carp tragedy.
