El Guapo in News, abel, fly fishing in the news

Irving Picard, the court appointed trustee in the Bernie Madoff case, is on the verge of filing civil complaints against Madoff's sons Mark and Andy. If you recall, Mark and Andy are the principle investors in Abel. Sources says Picard will seek in excess of $50 million - including at least $30 million in loans to the sons. He is not accusing them of wrongdoing; instead his goal is to recapture money diverted from Bernie Madoff's massive Ponzi scheme.
